We use Chargebee to manage customer subscription payments for Mathletics. As chargebee is also used to manage Website purchases for Reading Eggs, please ensure to switch to the '3P Learning' version of Chargebee to view Mathletics subscriptions. 'Blake' is used for Reading Eggs subscriptions.
Locating a subscription
To search for a customers subscription, set the database to 'Subscriptions' using the menu on the left side of the page. Then enter the customers email address into the Search box. This will then load all subscriptions relevant to that customer both cancelled and active.
Then to access, select the subscription under 'Subscription info'.
